The type of personal information that we collect:

  • The type of client that you are (whether you are an existing client or not)

  • (If you are a prospective new client) the nature of your enquiry e.g., personal tax

  • Any extra details that you choose to type out and submit at the time of submitting the form.

How we get the personal information, and why we have it:

Most of the personal information that we process is provided to us directly by you, through use of our 'contact us' form.

  • Your contact details: we use these in order to be able to contact you with further information regarding your inquiry, whether that be technical advise or to organise a consultation.

  • The nature of your enquiry: we collect this information in order to be able to allocate your query to the most appropriate member of the Edwards Chartered Accountants team.
